The Rally
A warm welcome to Rally Nyköping!
We at SMK Nyköping are really looking forward to being able to invite the rally elite to a super nice event.
Rally Office / HQ is at Hotel Aiden at Skavsta Airport where registration opens Thursday 9/5
Scrutineering can be done on Thursday or Friday, more exact times will come as we get closer but we will solve this for you. The service parc during the weekend is right next to the hotel at Skavsta airport.
Rally Nyköping is open for reconnaissance of special stages from the afternoon on Thursday 9/5 and during Friday 10/5.
Expo/mini fair exhibition of sponsors etc. will be at HQ on Thursday 9/5 Much for the car-interested etc. is promised!
Friday 10th of May
The official start will be at 17:00, then 4 special stages await. It is 2 stages that is driven twice on very nice and fun village roads. First car into HQ/Service is expected shortly after 8pm.
Saturday 11th of May
Start from HQ on Saturday morning.
The morning stage is 5 special stages of which 2 stages are run 2 times. A shorter refuelling break is made after 3 driven stages in a place other than the service. Type of road in the morning are crooked and fun village roads of very good quality. Stage 5-8 is a real Finnish road which is very fast. First car in for 45 min service and lunch break expected around 12 noon.
Saturday’s afternoon stage is 6 special stages where 3 sections are run 2 times. After the 3 First stages there is a short 15 min service. Then follow the same stages again.
The road condition is again, very nice sections on rock-hard nice village roads.
The first car into the finish at the square in Nyköping is expected at around 5pm.
Route
The track length is approx. 42 miles in total, of which 10 miles are 15 special stages.
Entry fee
Those of you who run the Nordic Championship (NRC) and have a Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Icelandic license pay only half the entry fee. 3500 SEK.
